I first met Jordan in 2013, before he became a realtor. My roof needed to be done and I was very nervous about the cost and procedures. But that quickly changed when Jordan came, I was put completely at ease with his easy going, friendly nature. And not only that, he gave me a price that was shockingly lower than I had expected. So, a year or so later, when I got a little note saying that he was now a realtor, I put that away in a safe place, knowing that I would eventually be selling my house, and I knew he would be able to help me out again. Having never sold a house before and knowing nothing about the ins and outs of these procedures, he again made the whole experience seem so easy. All his hard work getting a house ready to sell, with cleaners, beautifully taken pictures, unbelievably detailed information on the quality brochures, and even aerial views of the house and neighbourhood with information showing schools, shopping, beaches etc., which are important to buyers. It was a lot of hard work and dedication on his part, which in turn gave me the time, after forty years of living in the same house, to give away, throw away, recycle, and to prepare for the big move. Now, not only did Jordan sell my house, he found the most perfect home for my family, on the Sunshine Coast. He came with us back and forth on the ferry on cold rainy days to hunt for the right one. And when the right one slipped between our fingers a couple of times, he was there to make sure we got it, when it was came back on the market again. I can’t say enough praises about Jordan and his team of professionals. I will always be grateful to him, for not only selling my house, but then finding our new home.
